The Ombud for Short-term Insurance (OSTI) released its latest newsletter: The Ombudsman’s Briefcase Issue 3 of 2018. In this issue:
- The OSTI announces that consumers of Short-term Insurance can now submit online applications to lodge complaints via the OSTI website.
