Are Your FSP Details Up to Date on the FSCA’s Website?
FSPs are reminded to check that all their business information and contact details on the FSCA’s website is up-to-date and correct. Verify licence data and review representative registers. Where such information or contact details require updating, FSPs should notify the FSCA or make changes on the FAIS e-Portal.
Category II, IIA & III FSPs – Investments Under Management or Administration Submission Due
Category II, IIA and III FSPs must calculate their investments under management and/or administration as at 31 August 2026 and prepare this for submission to the FSCA via the FAIS ePortal. The deadline for submission is 15 September 2026.
Accountable Institutions – Ensure Your goAML Registration Details Are Up to Date
Accountable institutions are reminded to check that they are correctly registered on the FIC’s goAML platform and that all registration information including geographic locations are accurate and up to date before 29 October 2026. Click here to read more.
