Reminder to all FSPs who are entering into their business planning cycle, that Masthead has a new Key Individual Programme. The Key Individual Programme is a specialised 12-month programme intended for future managers, KIs and other successors in the FSP.
The programme will help attendees gain the understanding and skills needed to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a Key Individual in an FSP and fulfil the duties of a KI as set out in the FAIS Act in a practical and efficient manner that ensures compliance with the Act, delivers good outcomes to customers and protects the FSP business against related risks.
