FSPs (CAT II, IIA & III) with 28 February 2025 Year-End to Submit Form A – Liquidity Calculation by 15 October 2025
FSPs (CAT II, IIA, and III) required to maintain liquid assets and whose financial year end was 28 February 2025, are required to submit Form A – Liquidity Calculation (Annexure six of BN 194 of 2017) to the FSCA by 15 October 2025.

Monitor Your goAML Message Board Daily for FIC Notifications and Requests
Accountable institutions and other entities registered with the FIC are reminded to regularly log-in to their goAML account and check the message board. The message board will list all regulatory report receipts and other notifications from the FIC. It is used to send requests for information and must be monitored at least daily as a matter of good general business practice. Click here to read more.
