Update your Business Plan
FSPs should start planning and considering the needs of their business for 2025 by reviewing and updating the Business Plan according to the aims, scope and changes in the business and changes in regulation.

Strategic Planning 2025 – Key Individuals and Successors
A reminder to all FSPs who are entering into their business planning cycle, Masthead has a Key Individual Programme available on the Masthead Learning Centre. This is a specialised 12-month programme suited to individuals who are working towards becoming a Key Individual in an FSP, supervisors of Representatives and staff generally responsible for the day-to-day operations of an FSP business.
The Programme will help attendees gain the understanding and skills needed to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a Key Individual in an FSP and fulfil the duties of a KI as set out in the FAIS Act in a practical and efficient manner that ensures compliance with the Act, delivers good outcomes to customers and protects the FSP business against related risks.
